There are hundreds of National Programs that could be applied in your Community.  The Cobblestone Project can assist in connecting with another organization to implement a program in your Community.

COMMUNICATION AND/OR SCHEDULING
Have all the details worked out and just need assistance communicating your activities? 
The Cobblestone Project can post your project on our website to assist.

SUBMITTING AN INITIATIVE PROPOSAL

OBJECTIVE(S):
• Please outline the initiative objective(s) in a few simple yet clear sentences that will serve as the banner of your initiative.

NEED(S):
• Please provide a detailed list of specific needs to include materials for physical needs, works tasks for volunteers, financial needs and amount, etc.

BENEFIT(S) TO COMMUNITY/INDIVIDUAL:
• List both tangible and intangible benefits that this Initiative will bring to the communities or individuals involved.

SOCIAL JUSTICE ISSUE(S):
• List issue(s) that this Initiative is attempting to solve (i.e. poverty, health care, justice, etc.)

CURRENT RESOURCE(S):
• Identify resources available for this Initiative to include desire, # of people, special skills sets or abilities, physical assets, associations with organizations of business or social causes, etc.

INITIATIVE SCHEDULE ESTIMATE:
• Identify timeline for starting and completing needs as well as benchmarks that will be used to initiate “next steps”.  Please include any key dates to include beginnings of fiscal years, deadline or due dates, etc.

MONITORING & ACCOUNTABILITY:
• Please list specific ways that the Initiative leader and volunteers will be able to be monitored to ensure satisfactory progress to a solution, accountability with financial resources, personal leadership, etc.

TEAM:
• Provide a list of team members, potential roles based on experience or skill set, etc.  Please list needed skill sets or abilities needed for this Initiative.

SUSTAINABILITY:
• Please describe how this initiative will also build a long term support structure to ensure identified needs are continued to be me, needed periodic check points, reasons that will key additional action, etc.

WHY?:
• Please explain “why”?  This may be the most important questions.
